STOCKHOLM, Sweden — Legendary comedian and actor Katt Williams comes to Sweden on his first European tour!
Cincinatti-born Cat Williams has a huge track record with thousands of sold out venues and roles in both TV shows and feature films. As soon as he celebrates 20th anniversary in the industry, he takes his latest performance “Great America Tour” and goes for the first time on the European Tour. The often controversial Williams guarantees his audience an experience that makes the snail about it going on long after the curtain has gone down.
Katt Williams can not be missed on stage – the little entertainer with the eclectic style of clothing as for a rave and profound dialogue with the audience. Names like Trump and Cosby appear but the show is also rooted in constantly-current topics like politics and racism with reflections on the contemporary political landscape.
Last year, Kitty Williams was tough with both personal and a number of legal problems. In 2015, he took a long break from the spotlight for the same reason, but now he is back full of energy and ready to get out on the roads with his “Great America Tour”.
Williams has a crunchy background. In the late 1980s, when he was in early teens, he left Ohio and the parents’ home and moved alone to Florida where he worked as a doorman. It did not take long before he tested for the first time with a short improvised performance. To his surprise, he made a success and got a taste of herbs. Williams started performing at clubs across the United States and in 1999 he was an established comedian who performed in major arenas. When he realized that he had built a very loyal fan, he made the transition to movies and television. On the movies, Williams is most up-to-date with the upcoming feature “Bastards”, where he plays against Ed Helms and Owen Williams, among others.
