DETROIT, Michigan — The Chicago White Sox pulled themselves with a single game of the fourth place Detroit Tigers in the American League Central on Saturday with with a 10-4 vicotry. Nicky Delmonico and Matt Davidson homered, Tim Anderson set a career high with four hits and Alen Hanson scored three times.
Delmonico set the tone with a two-run homer in the opening inning, his eighth home run of the year. Chicago kept up the pressure with Davidson’s 25th homer, a fifth-inning solo shot off Joe Jimenez, and a pair of manufactured runs in the seventh to get to double digits.

Matt Davidson is 6-for-13 with six RBIs through in this series. Yoan Moncada added two singles and two RBIs, improving to 7-for-14 with seven runs scored in the three games.
James McCann hit a two-run triple in a three-run second inning, part of a three-hit game for him, meanwhile the Tigers struggled against White Sox starter Reynaldo Lopez (2-3).
