STOCKHOLM, Sweden — Earlier this week, The Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center was transformed into the biggest meeting place for everyone who loves all things correlated to the inner and outter workings of the internet with Internetdagarna – presented by IIS ( Internet Foundation in Sweden). The annual tech event featured Keynotes, Breakout Sessions, Question and Answer Sessions, Exhibitions, Mingling and After Party’s.
The two-day event held from November 20-21, was an event within an event as Word Camp 2017 served as partner for the on Day 1 that featured Keynotes from Cathy ONeil,Molly Wright Steenson, Matt Mason and Andreas Antonopoulos. Day 1 ended with a after party of around 150 + attendees of the event at the Sky Bar.

Meanwhile, Nordic Open 2017 partnered up for Day 2 of the event that saw presenters like Kentaro Toyama, Sue Gardner, and Primavera de Filippi which took an in depth look at topics such as “Fake News,” “How Data is Being Used,” and The new rules and regulations that go into effect in May 2018 for the internet throughout Europe. Also, the social matters that make it all relevant like President Donald Trump and Bitcoin.

Internetdagarna gave those in attendance the chanceto have key information right at their fingertips all for a very good price (1 250 SEK for one day, or 2 500 SEK for two days (excluding VAT)).. Those who attended were able gain information and solutions to problems as well as an opportunity to meet and network with the very persons who are making it happen.
