LOS ANGELES, California — The Los Angeles Lakers and hed coach Bill Walton broke into the wins column after dropping nine straight games with a 132-113 victory over the Atlanta Hawks at the Staples Center.
Brandon Ingram finished with 20 points and seven assists, while Lonzo Ball added 13 points, 10 assists and six rebounds. Julius Randle had 15 points and nine rebounds in his sixth straight start.
As a team, the Lakers recorded 13 steals and scored 26 points off turnovers and led by as many as 26 points.

Dennis Schroder led the Hawks with 27 points on 10-of-23 shooting. Kent Bazemore and John Collins added 15 points apiece. The Hawks will take on the Clippers at the Staple Center on Monday.
The LA Lakers held the Hawks to just 43.6 percent from the field. They will face the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday.
