STOCKHOLM, Sweden — MTG ‘s Nordic Entertainment Group has acquired the remaining 4% of the shares in Splay AB from a company controlled by the company’s CEO and founder for a cash consideration of SEK 8.8 million, and a potential deferred variable consideration based on the performance of Splay AB in the first half year of 2018.
