ORLANDO, Florida — Lebron James finished off the Los Angeles Clippers on a driving layup in the closing seconds to deliver the Los Angeles Lakers its 50th win.
James (16 points, 11 rebounds and assists) had the go-ahead basket with 12.8 seconds left for the Lakers, who kicked off the restart of the NBA season.

Anthony Davis led the Lakers with 34 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Kyle Kuzma added 16 points.
Paul George had 30 points (6 three-pointers and 2 steals) and Kawhi Leonard scored 28 points, four assists, two steals, and two blocks for the Los Angeles Clippers, who were without Lou Williams.
