DETROIT, Michigan — The Detroit Tigers Akil Baddoo lined an RBI single in the bottom of the 10th inning to give the Tigers a 4-3 victory over the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday.
“That feeling right there is the best feeling. We won, so I want that feeling every time,” Baddoo said. “I’ll hit a single over a home run, so we can win, every day.”
Akil Baddoo (22 years 233 days) is the youngest Detroit Tigers hitter with a walkoff hit since Travis Fryman (22 years, 93 days) on 6/26/1991.
