<p>Decker had a breakout season in 2012 for the Denver Broncos. In what was Decker&#8217;s first season having Peyton Manning as his quarterback, he hauled in a career-best 85 catches for 1,064 yards and 13 touchdowns. He was number 20 in the NFL in terms of yards for WRs and his 13 touchdowns were the second most among NFL wide receivers in the 2012 season.</p>

<p>Reigning champions <strong>Wesley Korir</strong> and <strong>Sharon Cherop</strong>, both of Kenya, will be returning to Boston to defend their titles, and will be fiercely challenged by a talented international field of Olympians, World Marathon Majors champions and multiple global marathon winners.</p>
<p>Also in contention for the men&#8217;s crown are four-time U.S. Olympian <strong>Abdi Abdirahman,</strong> who will make his debut on the Boston course; Ethiopian <strong>Gebre Gebremariam</strong>; Australian Olympian<strong>Jeffrey Hunt;</strong> and Canadian <strong>Robin Watson</strong>. Americans <strong>Jason Hartmann</strong> and <strong>Fernando Cabada</strong> are also contenders. Hartmann finished fourth in Boston last year while Cabada holds the American record in the 25K.</p>
<p>Challenging Cherop in the women&#8217;s field are Amsterdam&#8217;s 2:21:09 course-record-holder <strong>Meseret Hailu Debele</strong> of Ethiopia, past Boston champion and 2012 Chicago runner-up <strong>Rita Jeptoo </strong>of Kenya, and top Olympians <strong>Tetiana Gamera-Shmyrko</strong> of the Ukraine and Americans <strong>Shalane Flanagan</strong> and <strong>Kara Goucher</strong>. Flanagan is a local favorite, having attended nearby Marblehead High School.</p>
<p>The 2013 Boston Marathon anchors the Network&#8217;s exclusive Marathon-A-Thon programming, featuring encore presentations of the world&#8217;s best marathons every Monday in April from 8 PM to 2 AM ET. In addition, Universal Sports will air the 2013 Rotterdam Marathon on Sunday, April 14 at 10 AM ET and the 2013 Virgin London Marathon on Sunday, April 21 at 4 AM ET LIVE. Presented by Slow-Mag, the Universal Sports Marathon-A-Thon also features the 2013 Tokyo and Paris races, plus 30 hours of classic Boston Marathons starting Saturday, April 13, at 8 PM ET.</p>

<p>Kingston is encouraging his millions of fans to join him in the four-week-long game, where one lucky fan will have the chance to win more than his or her share of the pot: a meet-and-greet with the celebrity icon.</p>
<p>Although Kingston previously struggled with his weight, the charismatic young singer lost 75 pounds over the past year by working out and eating healthier. He is turning to DietBet and his fans for motivation to drop the final 10 pounds.</p>
<p>The rules for a DietBet are simple. Players each bet money into the pot ($50 apiece in the case of the Sean Kingston game) and everyone who loses four percent of their starting weight splits the pot equally at the end of the four weeks. Unlike The Biggest Loser, DietBet is not winner-take-all; there can be many winners. In addition to a portion of the pot, players who win the DietBet have the chance to receive an autographed copy of Kingston&#8217;s latest album, tickets to his upcoming tour and other prizes. The game kicks off on April 16 and runs through May 16.</p>

<p>They join a list of nearly <strong>3,000</strong> iconic structures, buildings and landmarks in more than <strong>600</strong> U.S. cities and <strong>50</strong> countries around the world that will shine a bright light on autism as a growing public health crisis. The <strong>Empire State Building</strong> in NYC, the <strong>Aspen Mountain</strong> in Colorado,<strong>Niagara Falls</strong> in Canada, <strong>Christ the Redeemer Statue</strong> in Brazil, the <strong>Sydney Opera House</strong> in Australia, and even the <strong>International Space Station</strong> will all join Autism Speaks in support of the millions of families affected by autism.</p>
<p><strong><em>Throughout the month of April, residents can lend their additional support by getting involved in three key ways</em></strong>:</p>

<li><strong>Illuminate: </strong>Change your white bulbs to blue. Light up your home, business, school, place of worship or even your website blue to show your support.</li>
<li><strong>Donate: </strong>Text <strong>Autism</strong> to <strong>25383</strong> to donate $10 to Autism Speaks* or make a donation on LightItUpBlue.org.</li>
<li><strong>Advocate: </strong>Take action as we call on President Obama and Congress to develop and implement a comprehensive national plan to address autism. Sign a petition on LightItUpBlue.org.</li>

<p align="left">The Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Mercedes-Benz Toronto Corporate Stores are pleased to announce a new partnership that will offer the opportunity to learn the life-saving skill of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The complimentary Hands-Only CPR training sessions are open to the public and will take place at all seven Mercedes-Benz Corporate Stores in the Greater Toronto Area beginning in April 2013.</p>
<p id="yui_3_7_2_1_1363264756309_4037">Approximately 40,000 sudden cardiac arrests occur each year in Canada, 7,000 in Ontario alone, and the majority happen at home or in public places. The survival rate for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Canada is currently a mere five per cent.</p>
<p id="yui_3_7_2_1_1363264756309_4019">For every minute that passes without help, the chance of surviving a cardiac arrest drops seven to 10 per cent. Learning CPR is easy and it could mean saving the life of a friend or family member. When an automated external defibrillator (AED) is applied with CPR in the first few minutes, it can improve the chance of survival to up to 75 per cent.</p>
<p>&#8220;<span style="color: #0000ff;"><em>The Heart and Stroke Foundation urges all Canadians to learn CPR. The more people trained, the greater the chance of keeping a person who is experiencing cardiac arrest alive until an ambulance arrives</em></span>,&#8221; says <strong>Andrew Lotto</strong>, Manager, Resuscitation, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. &#8220;When it comes to CPR and AEDs you are in the driver&#8217;s seat. We applaud the Mercedes-Benz Toronto Corporate Stores&#8217; support of our important training initiatives, which will help us increase the number of people who can administer CPR and save a life.&#8221;</p>

<p id="yui_3_7_2_1_1363264756309_4035">The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada sets the Canadian Guidelines for CPR, defibrillation and other aspects of emergency cardiovascular care in Canada. Free public CPR Skills &amp; AED Awareness events will take place at each Mercedes-Benz Corporate Store on the dates outlined below. There will be four training sessions for each of the dates listed: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.,11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.</p>
