NEW MUSIC: Jarell Perry “Lady Gaga”
This Dub-Step and R&B mid-tempo was produced by Hassy B. “Lady Gaga” is an original composition inspired by Lady Gaga’s trance record ‘Bloody Mary’ – from her 2011 album “Born This Way”. The record is an indirect retort to the music industry’s requirement that all urban artists ‘water-down’ their art and sing ‘pop’ music.
Of the lyrical content, Perry says: “I really wanted to capture that nervous energy you get when you are with someone alone for the first time.”
Perry, who co-wrote Fat Joe’s comeback single “Another Round” featuring Chris Brown has been busy in the studio crafting records with hit producers like: International Dub-Step DJ Rusko (M.I.A, Britney Spears, Kid Cudi), Battleroy (Eminem, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown), and many other musical chart-toppers.
