INTERVIEW: Style Militia ‘Fashion And Beauty’ Design Team

ATLANTA – Woodlawn Post talked with Ms. Zina Franklin from the Fashion And Beauty Design Team, Style Militia. This group of talented ladies are in the beauty industry and bring everything from hot fashion, makeup, the best choreographers, wardrobe and more! With a show coming in July 2012!

WP: I’m here this afternoon with Ms. Zina Franklin. Ms. Franklin, how are you today?

Ms. Zina Franklin: I’m doing fabulous!  I’m in my regular routine, at home working on photos for my clients and busy bringing in new business.

WP: So tell me all about your company, Style Militia?

Ms. Zina Franklin: Style Militia is a fantastic group of talented ladies in the beauty industry bringing everything hot in fashion. There’s Rosalyn on the makeup, Rocqui B on the Hair, Lala with the crazy wardrobe, Jillian our wonderful acting and pose coach and of course me with the camera. In all we make up Style Militia a fierce design team to help bring your vision to life.

WP: How did you come up with this concept?

Ms. Zina Franklin: The concept has always been there…every photographer needs a great team they can work with, that is reliable and creative. We all just came together and it clicked.

WP: Do you have any upcoming events happening anytime soon?

Ms. Zina Franklin:  Its funny, so we are a design team right, and somehow we got this idea to do a production, a burlesque production at that. Our first show will be in July. We are working with one of the best choreographers D Ray Davis of 411 dance studio and we have some amazing girls lined up for the show.
